Summary of Scope of Service & Services Provided

ATSI provided services for the following projects:

• Diesel Generator Control Upgrade

  Designed a new diesel generator control panel and modified existing controls to allow diesel generator to be started and synchronized from a remote location. Modification to the diesel generator included adding new speed and voltage control equipment.

• Modification of Direct Transfer Trip System

  The direct transfer trip system and the 13.8 kV switchgear was upgraded to trip the generator circuit breakers on a utility trip command. A breaker failure to trip scheme was also incorporated.

• Evaluation of Station Service Transformer Trip

  A protective relay coordination study and modification to existing protective relay settings were provided.

• Review of Transformer Testing Data

  ATSI provided an engineering review and recommendations based on transformer test results.
