Summary of Scope of Services
ATSI was selected to provide the preliminary engineering necessary to develop an appropriation cost estimate and construction schedule for the removal of a 90º portion of the hearth jacket, five damaged hearth staves, a 90º portion of the hearth wall refractory and installation of a new externally-cooled hearth jacket and new hearth wall refractories. A bottom tap arrangement and pig bed layout was also included.
